Saturday afternoon I had a spectacular photo shoot with my friend Sherrice. The weather was amazing this weekend, 70-80 degrees in the middle of winter. Go global warming!

This is Meghan Bruce (Jessica Bruce’s little sister) who spent some time with me today letting me snap pictures of her around the 2nd St. area. She has a beautiful smile and a sunny disposition to match, which is quite evident in these photos! This was the first time that I was able to use the new 50mm F1.4 prime lens that I recently purchased, and I was very pleased with the results.

Saturday morning I tagged along for a shoot that Trey set up with a striking young girl named Kayleigh. These pictures were all taken in a short (~30 minute) shoot using a huge piece of white paper as a background.

While everyone else was watching the Super Bowl, I decided to take a daytime walk and see what I could capture with HDR. I’m not really much for sports, and the walk greatly helped my hangover from Panagea’s Saturday night ‘bottle service’! Ugh, my head still hurts though.
